Programme overview
The Future of Prevention programme was established by Partners in Care and Health, Newton and Atlantic Customer Solutions in the spring of 2024 to support local authorities to accelerate their use of targeted, proactive prevention in adult social care and beyond, at scale.

A vision for the future
This toolkit uses evidence from authorities already starting to use a proactive preventative approach, to guide other authorities in their journey towards realising a visionary future for adult social care.

20 local authorities participated in the Future of Prevention Community of Practice.
